- Marie-Anne Rogers (Coffee Technician at Masteroast, Peterborough, United Kingdom)
- To expose cupping method to farmers, processor and agent of coffee at grass root level. To let them experience their coffee taste, and to educate them the correlation between coffee taste with coffee cultivation, harvest and processing method.
- To provide cupping session to Marie-Anne Rogers as attendee of NSCF Coffee Origin Trip March 2012.
The cupping session was free of charge. All cost was paid by Sabam Malau. All cupping equipments as well as sample of Dairi and Simalungun Coffee were provided by Sabam Malau.
