Global Mission of
HKBP and UEM Asia
I
(Sabam Malau) discussed with United Evangelical Mission (UEM) Asia. The participants from UEM Asia were Rev.
Rannieh B Mercado (Deputy Executive Secretary of UEM Asia), Melva Mardiana
Barus (Officer Joint Programme), dr.Basaria Lumbangaol (HIV/AIDS Counsultant),
Yuli Gulo (Assistant for General &
Finance Administration), Ira Sitorus (Assistant for Cashiering, and Travelling),
Yanti Sitepu (Publication Assistant ) and Tony Hasugian (General Services).
The
goal of the discussion was to implement the idea of Ephorus (Bishop) of HKBP
Mr. Rev Willem Tumpal Pandapotan Simarmata who wrote : “Regards C is part of
the Global Mission that we introduce now in HKBP. HKBP be a blessing to the world. We pray for Dr. Sabam Malau to make it
happen”. The idea was welcomed with
enthusiasm by Rev. Mrs. Sonia Parera Hummel (UEM Executive Secretary of the Department
of Asia, Office in Germany).
The
results of these discussion are very encouraging because of the positive
progress, but there are still many things we have to talk for implementation
phase. Cooperation that is being
designed is how we can jointly do a good fundraising for the welfare of poor
farmers as well as to fund activities
that benefit poor marginalized children in Asia and Africa. Fundraising will be done through trading of
organic coffee Aleale.
On
the sidelines of the discussion, we jointly brewed Aleale Organic Coffee in
espresso manner by using equipment that I carried to UEM Asia’s office.
The
discussion took place on Tuesday April 8, 2014 at 14.00-18.00 o’clock at Jalan
Selamet Ketaren 100 Medan.

In
order to follow up the result of our discussion held on 8 April 2014, the UEM
Asia team have visited my Cupping Lab and Coffee Production Room today 25 April
2014 on 10-13 o'clok. I explained the entire coffee value chain of mine. We
together roasted and drunk DaSola Luwak Coffee which is 100% pure and wild
luwak coffee. In order to implement the agreement, we are waiting for decision
of UEM Asia main office in Wupertal Germany. Regard Coffee, C sign. Regards

The cooperation has been starting since 26 May 2014. We sell roasted bean and roasted ground of organic coffee which profits will be used for such purposes mentioned above. To see the names of buyers please click Buyers List.
Coffee Aleale goes to German by VEM Asia. This is a Fund_Rising Campaign for Children In Need. Children who are poor and marginalized in Asia and Africa. This program is named Triple C.
